Thank you for supporting Nafsu.

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and selected international destinations.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During product launches, collaborations, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Singapore: 1–5 business days
  • Malaysia: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nafsu is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Nafsu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution.
